All purchases made on or through the Site are final, and no refunds will be given for products or services purchased.

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to make purchases. If you make a purchase, your information may be collected by both us and our payment processing company. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or conditions of payment processing companies and merchants.

GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; MEDIATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Any disputes will be submitted to arbitration within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand. Arbitration will occur in Portland, Maine, or via telephone. The arbitrators' decision will be binding and not subject to judicial review.

SEVERABILITY

If any term of these Terms is held to be invalid, the rest of the Agreement remains in full force and effect.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms are not transferable by you. Any transfer by you is invalid.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT, WAIVER, HEADINGS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Providential Equity Development. No waiver of any provision will be binding unless in writing.
